Blue Fudge Plains//WIP Wednesday

My WIP from last week is now finished; the ends are weaved in and I'll tell you a little bit more about it on Friday. This past 4 days I've been working on my High Plains Drifter Shawl (or Blue Fudge Plains); it's really growing and I've ordered some Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino in Fudge to add some pretty striping. I'm really pleased with this, the yarn is lovely and smooshy - and guess what? I don't even get to keep it!! I've made this for a friend..... however I may knit one for me, later in the year.
I had a lovely new Knit Nerd on my blog yesterday, so go check it out and leave the lovely Amanda some love. As always I am playing along with Tami and Ginny.

  10. The shawl is so pretty! It is something I have been seeing a lot more of lately, and wish I had one for the freezing cold we are having right now! Perhaps I should put it on my ever-growing list!

  13. Just started following you. Met you through Tami. Love the blue shawl; I keep on knitting shawls like there is no tomorrow.

I am in Colorado, USA. I will be on a knitting trip to Scotland this summer and will fly into Glasgow. Joyce James is the person leading the tour. We will be there three weeks in July and will also be in Edinburgh. If there is a meet up, I will contact you.

    Nice meeting you!
