Normal Service//WIP Wednesday

Back to normal service today, a proper WIP Wednesday - are you glad?? I'm really happy to be back, I'm not promising major posting right now but I'm getting there. The medication is starting to work, it's making me tired but that will pass. I want to take this chance to say thank you to all of you for your kind messages and comments - they've really kept me going through all of this. Anyways I shall stop rambling and show you my WIP's (that sounds weird!!! hehe).
Ribbed Baby Jacket
I've made quite huge progress on this in the past 3 or 4 days; I'm really pleased with how it looks and I'm falling in love with the colour more each day:

Come Josephine
I started my own version of an afghan last night, 2.5 squares done, just 97.5 to go. What's with the name? I was watching Titanic and I just love the song:

Owl-Cho
And of course it wouldn't be WIP Wednesday without the illusive Owl-Cho; it hasn't grown much as the rows are SOOOOOOOOOO long but it's growing:

And finally, I have been learning to crochet - I have no pictures to share but I will have some for next week. I love it so much, my tension is not great and it's incredibly squint but I'm getting there - I learned single crochet this week so onwards and upwards to double crochet - wish me luck!!!

I'm hoping to get a pinterest sunday out this week and maybe a knit stuff post...... lets see how it goes. I'm playing along with Tami and Ginny this week - check them both out for some fabulous WIP's.

  5. So glad to hear you're on the mend. Isn't it nice when your biggest worries are the (admittedly rather stunning) length of the rows on your owl-cho? ;) Hope things continue to improve and that you spend this week kicking some crochet butt.
