Phone Case//Finished Objects

Last month I volunteered for a test knit over on Ravelry, the knit was this lovely mobile phone cover, which now belongs to my wife:
I love the pattern used, it's enough to keep your attention but its a nice small piece so it goes really quickly and takes just hours to make. You cannot get the pattern on Ravelry yet but it will be made available soon:
I really enjoyed doing my first test knit, and I'm hoping to do more soon - it's fun to get a look at someone else's pattern before anybody else does and to get YOUR photos on a designers page.
In other news my owlie shawl is nearly finished - I'm hoping to be able to share that next week, the last 10 rows seem to be taking forever to be done!!!

PS - be sure to stop by Tami's blog to see what everyone else has finished this week.

  3. Lovely pattern... I think I may have just the right DK in my stash for this!
Test-knitting always makes me feel self-conscious, as if it will be suddenly clear to one and all that I don't really know what I'm doing. But you're doing a valuable service to the knitting community, so thanks for that too!
