Learning both stranded and continental style knitting in one sitting is something to be proud of. I've tried to learn continental but always give up too soon so now I knit with both strands in one hand and knit 'English' style. Seems to work for me.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12948428700468860311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2227039446441764275.post-5207389509186511982013-03-25T20:30:15.528+00:002013-03-25T20:30:15.528+00:00Yay for fair isle!!!!Yay for fair isle!!!!Angela @ knitluckhttp://www.knitluck.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2227039446441764275.post-28830980359048420162013-03-25T19:17:36.277+00:002013-03-25T19:17:36.277+00:00Hope you feel better; I'm impressed that you c...Hope you feel better; I'm impressed that you can fair isle on the backside-- when I strand, I steek to avoid purling!cleancuphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10208170842629755056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2227039446441764275.post-49790006266579788262013-03-25T18:11:33.809+00:002013-03-25T18:11:33.809+00:00Well done on learning a new technique, fairisle is...Well done on learning a new technique, fairisle is something I'd like to learn but just no time this yop year. When I finally figured it out I disrupted the entire class by walking in late :(<br /><br />Love the fresh colours in your fair isle - very spring-y. Sounds like it's been a great experience so far. It'll make a very pretty needle case.<br /><br />Now have some hot liquids and FEEL BETTER!Minding My Own Stitcheshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13946752212001968413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2227039446441764275.post-1671848372458626462013-03-25T12:06:32.441+00:002013-03-25T12:06:32.441+00:00Congrats on learning something new. One day, I shall give it try; but not sure I want to switch gears with the Contin. style knitting.
