So there are a couple of projects I'm not sharing today because I'm hoping (keep your fingers crossed) to have at least one of them finished by Friday!!!
In the meantime my Come Josephine afghan now has 15 squares, she is growing really quickly because each square takes less than half an hour. I'm so in love with knitting this, I've started to think about how I'm going to join the whole thing - any ideas?

I've done a couple of blankets made up from squares - one I sewed the squares together with whip stitch and the other I single crocheted together. You might want to do it with crochet so you can add one neutral colour that ties the whole thing together.

The squares are really starting to add up. Maybe crochet them together? That's how I put together blankets made like that.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on so many squares! I say a crochet border, then sew them up! The border will help make them more even (I have a bunch I have to do that with as well) and then you can sew them together easier. Also, I'd do a border around the whole thing (in crochet) to give it that finished look.
